POTLUCK reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, POTLUCK shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a POTLUCK or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
You undertake not to use this web site for any other purpose, including but not limited to promotion, marketing or sales of other services and products and you also undertake not to copy, replicate, imitate or link to this site without our express and written consent.
If you have an account you can save your billing and shipping addresses so you don't have to enter them every time you order. If you do not have an account then yes, you do have to enter them every time.

However, even if the third party is affiliated with Potluck, Potluck has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Potluck. Nonetheless, Potluck seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
PRICES
All prices on MyPotluck are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT (20%).
PAYMENTS
Credit and debit cards accepted: All debit, credit or prepaid cards showing the Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard or American Express logos. This is the fastest method of payment and delivery of goods can be expected soon after.
We don't take payments by PayPal, but we can accept all major credit cards and debit cards through our secure online payments page.
Sorry, we are unable to take payment by Cheque.
We do not take payments via Bank Transfer.
When you get to the page where you enter your credit card details, you will see a small padlock - usually in the bottom right hand corner of your browser. This denotes that this is a secure page.
We don't have access to your credit or debit card numbers. These details are encrypted by our online payment service provider - our online Payment Service Provider - then sent to our bank for verification. We never see any card numbers and they are not stored in any records.
RETURNS
*We accept returns & will refund in full for any reason, provided product is returned as new, unused & unopened.
*If your product is damaged we do not always require a return if the issue is obvious, yet we would require photographic proof.
*Checks will be made, especially with smoking paraphernalia.
*All returns must reach us within 14 days from the date you received them.
*We will not refund return postage.
*We will reverse payment direct to your bank account within 3 days of receipt.
