SHIPPING INFO

 

  • Orders are processed and dispatched only on postal working days (Monday to Friday except bank holidays).
  • Royal Mail orders must be made before 2:00pm to be dispatched that day.
  • Orders placed on weekends and bank holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next postal working day.
  • Next day delivery means next postal working day.
  • Royal Mail sometimes deliver on Saturdays but this cannot be guaranteed.
  • Please note that there must be someone at the delivery address to sign for the package.
  • All orders must be delivered to or signed for by a person over 18 years of age.
  • All packaging is very discreet and plain. Most small items are shipped in Jiffy bags and or grey mailing bags. Larger items and fragile items are shipped in brown boxes.
  • We will always send out your delivery as soon as your payment has been authorised. If your package is late, this is primarily an issue for the postal or courier services. Please go to them first, before contacting us. Use the tracking number you received from us by email.
  • Very rarely, orders can get mislaid along the postal chain. We always have proof that we have sent out your order and we can check to make sure that the package has or hasn't been signed for at the delivery address. If there is a problem we will be able to claim compensation for you. Please note that with UK Royal Mail consignments, they do not consider a package to be lost until 15 working days after it was sent before we can make a claim. Due to this, it can take a while for compensation to come through.
  • Your credit card statement will show that you have made payment to "MyPotluck".

UK ROYAL MAIL

  • Delivery prices vary depending on size and weight, if they are sent with 1st and 2nd class they require no signature, It is posted direct through your door (providing it fits) with proof of postage.
  • 48 Tracked Delivery - Royal Mail 
  • You will get an email with your track and trace number as soon as we have sent out your order. Recorded Delivery is NOT guaranteed within 1-2 days, but usually will get to you in that time. Special Delivery is guaranteed next day.
  • No signature required. (Will be posted through the letter box if the item is small enough)
  • In the event that the item is too large to be posted and there is no one to receive the item, a card will be left and collection/re-delivery can be arranged.
